Medical Summary scan negative intact male weight: 17lbs possible cataracts to both eyes ears clean matted coat with skin tags around body possible dental disease – moderate tartar – missing teeth nails long – unable to cut due to behavior overall body condition is good very aggressive – muzzle needed – will attempt to bite you numerous times QARH NOSF

Upon intake Frisbee was quiet but receptive to introduction and loose for all handling.  Counselor was able to scan for microchip (negative) collar and photograph.

MEDICAL:  QAR.  BCS 4/9.  VERY TIMID ON EXAM (WILL BITE)

PE:  EENT MATURE CATARACTS OU, PLN WNL, ORAL EXAM SEVERE DENTAL DISEASE, THORACIC AUSC WNL, ABD PALP WNL, M/S WNL, SKIN/HAIR — SEVERE MATTED AREAS OF EXTREMITIES — UNKEMPT HAIRCOAT.  NUMEROUS WART-LIKE MASSES ON SKIN, NAILS ARE EXTREMELY OVERGROWN — STRANGE THICKENNED LATERAL LEFT FORELIMB NAILBED (IRREGULARLY KERATINIZED), INTACT MALE (SOFT/SMALL TESTICLES) , PROVIDED 0.15ML TELAZOL IM AND MAINTAINED ON ISOFLURANE FOR COMPLETE SHAVE/CLIP DOWN , PROVIDED 0.1ML BUPRENEX SR SQ AND 0.8ML CONVENIA SQ,  GERIATRIC SICK,  PROGNOSIS IS GAURDED TO FAIR — RECOMMEND FULL GERIATRIC WORKUP WITH LOCAL VETERINARIAN WITH PLACEMENT.
