Medical Behavior Evaluation GREEN
Medical Summary Scan : negative Sex: female Approx 7 yrs S/O: QAR, mild mucoid d/c OU, mild tartar on teeth, mild dehydration. BCS 3/9. In estrous, bloody d/c from vulva/. Generalized thin hair coat w/ patches of alopecia on ears and ventrum. Mild erythema and dark debris AU, serous crust around ears. Generalized pyoderma, scabs w/ serous crusted d/c. Bilateral bite wounds on left front legs, most superficial. One open ~6cm wound on palmar aspect of LF. Paw pad laceration on right front metacarpal pad. Cleaned wounds with chlorhexidine and applied SSD. APP +++ A: Bite wounds, pyoderma, poor body condtion P: Cephalexin, doxycycline, SQ fluids SID, tramadol, ear cleanings, neo-poly-bac OU PROGNOSIS: GOOD
