A staff member writes: Meet Eustace: Eustace is small in size but big in adorableness. When I met this tiny Chi, he immediately got up and came to the front of his kennel to say hello. He doesn’t let his advanced years stop him from being a sweet little companion, and if you give him the chance he might just become your new best friend!
