I totally fell under Esteban’s spell. I call him my little elf. I love his ears, so “expressive” that look like giant flower petals or even wings. His pink and mocca nose , all freckled is the cutest. His short legs seem tied in a bunch when he sits. His eyes, so innocent, can be serious, imploring or laughing. He is so shy, even a little scared sometimes but the insouciance of youth surfaces here and there and puts a big wide smile on his face. Only the bow is missing to complete the picture of a perfect and delicious puppy ! Esteban is a bit timid in his kennel. The care center is too much for his little boy’s heart.Gentle words convince him to exit and we reach the yard with baby steps. Leash free in a pen, Esteban lightens up.He looks happy, his face beams. He comes on the lap, gets hugged and kissed. Totally his thing…. He sits for treats and even runs after a ball but does not really catch it… The presence of another dog in an adjacent pen makes his day. He is a pro at playbowing. What a great afternoon Esteban is having… I know he wishes every day could be the same…Esteban is a wondeful youngster, only 10 months of age. He can be bashful but take him out, let him free in a pen, play with him, bring another dog , may be and you will see him bloom right under your eyes. What’s not to love about him? He is a delight from head to toes. Come and meet Esteban soon at the Manhattan Care Center and take him home as your forever best friend.
