UNABLE TO SUPPORT WEIGHT WITH HIND LIMBS. WHEN IN LATERAL RECUMBENCY, FRONT LIMBS ARE STRETCHED IN EXTENSION, BUT ABLE TO EASILY MOVE WITH PROM. NO PALPABLE FRACTURES DEEP PAIN PRESENT IN HIND LIMBS, APROPRIATE ANAL AND TAIL TONE RIGHT SIDED FACIAL PARALYSIS – UNABLE TO BLINK OD AS WELL AS DROOPED LIP ON RIGHT SIDE NO OTHER CRANIAL NERVE DEFICITS NO SIGNFICANT AURAL DISCHARGE SLIGHT PAIN DETECTED ON SPINAL PALPATION, APPROX. T3-L3 SLIGHT RESISTANCE TO NECK EXTENSION – NO OBVIOUS PAIN ON SIDE TO SIDE OR FLEXION. 2 VIEW THORACIC RADIOGRAPHS TAKEN – NO OBVIOUS SIGNS OF METASTASIS SPONDYLOSIS PRESENT IN THE THORACIC VERTEBRAE A: PARAPARESIS – R/O SPINAL TRAUMA (IVDD VS.
