Medical Summary scan positive: 4A2A3C730E spayed female – spay scar seen weight: 49.3lbs slightly cloudy eyes – blue tint to her eyes left ear has scabbing and is red in the inside right ear clean all her canine teeth are chipped mild dental tartar with yellowing stains overall body condition is good was very tense and nervous during exam but showed no signs of aggression QARH nails are down to kwick NOSF
