12/15/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: ” He is friendly and acts like a big kid “. The words of Dice and Henna’s caretaker who housed both dogs for an owner who never came back to pick them up. I met Dice while he was enjoying himself, mingling happily with dogs his size in a playgroup. His sitter was right. Dice is great with other dogs. He would be very gentle with children and welcoming of strangers, house trained (verified by us) and crate trained up to 12hours. Dice is gorgeous, part Pittie and part Bulldog, handsomely made and magnificently cared for. He makes of course snorting sounds, has a lovely smile and sparkling eyes. He is a strong boy, pulls on the leash and sits on command or for treats. He is excited in all his doings but slows down for a butt or head scratch. Dice is indeed a “kid” at heart. He believes that life has to be lived happily with lots of people, dogs and kids. For sure, there is plenty of that around… Just come visit us, ask to meet our boy, spend time with him and make his wish come true while getting a loyal and loving forever best friend. Dice is at the Manhattan Care Center.
