The police found Dice who was taken in briefly by a man who found him on the street. The police said he growled when they came near him but loosened up when they petted him.
Upon intake Dice was wiggly and lose. He didn’t growl or bark and sat when no one was around him. He only pulled on the leash when someone walked by and jumped on them licking when they decided to pet him. For this reason it was difficult to collar him but I eventually got him to sit and he allowed all handling.
