Diamonds are a girl’s best friend… and a man’s… when it’s this Diamond that is. Quiet in her kennel but happy to be out to go potty, Diamond shows me that not only is she likely housetrained, but she’s curb trained as well, heading quickly to the street to take care of her business. Next she shows off her terrific leash manners as we walk to the park. She’s a bit shy at first and we chat as we walk, Diamond looking up at me as we go. We stop to take some pictures in the park, Diamond not minding being tethered, and making soft eye contact as she poses. Other dogs pass and she waves her tail in an easy hello and welcome. In the backyard is where Diamond really sparkles (sorry, couldn’t resist) when she sees a tennis ball in my hand and anticipates my throw. Her face smiles, her eyes light up, her tail wags and she gives chase. Bringing it back for another throw she sits to wait for the throw and brings it back again. I can take the ball right out of her mouth. More pictures as she shows me her ‘sit’ in exchange for some treats which she takes gently from my fingers. I went inside to get her kennel ready and when I came back out she was waiting quietly, wiggling her butt happy to greet me, and then brought me the ball for more play. SO cute! In group play she’s a welcome addition as she’s playful, energetic, correcting dogs appropriately if needed. The perfect amount of energy and affection awaits you. Her good manners and current training reflect a well cared for companion before she joined us as a stray. Diamond is gorgeous and petite in her beautifully groomed coat, and hoping to be your best friend. Meet her today.
