Medical Summary Scan : negative Sex: female Approx 8 yr, Hx of possible HBC S/O: BARH, dried mucoid d/c OS, corneal scarring w/ neovascularization. Dec tear production OU (OS 7. OD 9 on schimer tear test), 3/4 dental disease. Mammary tumor ~3cm on caudal mammary chain, small soft tissue mass on cranial ventrum. Grade 3 left systolic murmur. Stain negative OS. Applied TAB OU. Clipped front nails. NOSF. Very sweet during exam. A: KCS, mammary tumor P: Start optimmune OU, keep in medical for monitoring. Vet check 9/18 PROGNOSIS: GUARDED
