Medical Summary scan negative intact female clear eyes weight: 46.2lbs laceration by left eye bite wounds all around face, legs, and neck (majority of the wounds are healed already) clean ears clean coat – flea negative left side of muzzle she has a knot left side of her left ear has a open wound on her forehead towards the left side is an open wound – cleaned missing some hair – possible skin issues slightly tense and nervous during exam but showed no signs of aggression showed no interest in food at this time QARH NOSF vet notes: OPEN WOUNDS, SCABBED OVER, APPEAR ~3-5 DAYS OLD AT LEFT SIDE OF HEAD ROUND, SEMI-FIRM SWELLING AT LEFT SIDE OF MUZZLE/NOSE SCARS/OLD WOUNDS AROUND LIMBS AND BODY, FACE GAVE RIMADYL 1.8ML SQ AND CONVENIA 0.2ML SQ. CLEANED WOUNDS WITH NOLVASAN NEEDS FULL INITIAL EXAM AND VET CHECK
