Medical Summary Microchip: negative Sex: intact male Age: appx 5y Mentation: BARH Eyes: dry discharge, possibly irritation from fur and not necessarily KCS Ears: otitis externa, cleaned but painful when touched Nose: no d/c Teeth: mild staining with tartar If abnormal BCS: closer to BCS 3.5 Skin: more irritation ventrally, flaking and sebaceous activity, R/O demodex Hair Coat: some mats concentrated around paws Declawed: N/A, overgrown nails with some embedded, pockets of pus around worst areas of embedding Any injuries: from nails, no other Behavior: tense but allowed all handling Medication: N/A, will call oncall for antiobiotic rec, preventatives given UPDATE: 0.9ml convenia Medical is aware sign posted
