Medical Summary FS 8 yo scan neg S/O: Appearance: BARH Integument: Appropriate hair coat, normal nails, L rostral muzzle extremely swollen and firm to touch, very erythematous EENT: OU clear, AU clean, No nasal d/c Oral cavity: MM pink, CRT <2sec, severe L sided dental disease PLN: severe firm submandibular lymphadenopathy H/L: No murmur or arrhythmias, Lungs clear ABD: Soft non painful, U/G: FS-has tattoo M/S: Amb x 4 BCS: 4/9 Neuro: NSF HWT neg patient is nice, but sedated with 0.16 cc each dedomitor and telazol to shave face and explore if swelling had any draining tracts. No skin perforation found and mass appears solid A: facial swelling + submandibular lymphadenopathy r/o neoplasia versus infection P: 0.27 cc SC metacam, 0.5 cc SC penG, continue on clavamox 1 cc po BID, recc rescue and further work up. Pt needs FNA of LN and mass, dental care. 0.16 reversal atipam IM
