The dog is 8 years old, has been picking at food the last 3 days, has some dental issues (missing teeth) and has had  diarrhea the last month. The client has not been able to take the dog to the vet at all.

P: RECOMMEND FULL WORK UP WITH PLACEMENT. CONTINUE TO MONITOR WHILE AT BACC. NO TREATMENT INDICATED AT THIS TIME. GOOD PROGNOSIS WITH MGT REMOVAL
