09/16/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Coco previously lived with 1 adult and 1 small dog. The owner stated Coco plays well with the other dog in the household. The owner mentioned Coco had some trouble in the home with destructive behavior. It was reported by the owner Coco has a high activity level. At intake Coco was curious and energetic; she was loose for all handling. During SAFER Coco came into the assessment room loose and wiggly and high energy, she was friendly and playful towards the assessor, allowed all handling items to be conducted without issue. Coco joins the game during the tag interaction, and during the resources portion of the assessment Coco was easy to handle when engaged with the items. Coco appears to be a high-energy dog that will likely do best with an adopter prepared to provide mental and physical stimulation and appropriate outlets for his energy. Due to Coco having destructive behavior and high energy, the behavior department feels its best she can be suitable for an experience adopter. Look: 1.
