Clinton came into our center as a stray so behaviors in the home are unknown. He was alert, shy, and standoffish upon entering the center, growling inside crate. Clinton was reactive as people walked by his kennel, hard barking, lunging but softened once removed from kennel. He allowed his head to be cupped in assessor’s hands, slight tail wag. Clinton leaned away during Sensitivity item, ears and tail neutral. He jumped and played along with Tag game, a bit distracted. Clinton did not pull his paw back on both Squeeze attempts, sniffing assessor’s hand. Clinton tried to bite on all resources-Food, Toy, Rawhide. Off leash with other dogs, Clinton is tolerant and engages in rought and rowdy play. Due to his possessiveness with all resources offered, Clinton must be placed with a New Hope partner. Look: 1.
