Socialization: Cinnamon is nervous and tense around strangers. She is very protective of her owner and will bark at strangers. She is nervous around dogs and has not been around cats. She is fine around children as long as the owner is not around. She has not bitten anyone or any other animal.
Behavior: Cinnamon was walked 3 times a day. She goes potty indoors as well. She likes baths and nail trimmings and was regularly groomed. She is not bothered when taking her food bowl, toys or treats away. She sleeps in a basket on the owner’s bed. The owner states that she is having trouble training Cinnamon. She says that Cinnamon likes to go in the trash and goes potty indoors even after she is walked.

She follows the owner around the house and likes to be with the owner on her bed. She has plenty of toys. She has been mostly kept indoors. She was being fed wellness small bites.
Behavior during intake: Cinnamon was very fearful and was shaking in her owners arms. She allowed to be scanned but had wide eyes. she allowed me to leash her and collar her after speaking to her softly. I photographed her and transferred her into a kennel. I took her back out and sat her on my lap. She allowed me to pet her and she sat calmly as I typed.
