A staff member writes:  Chloe is a tan and white female Chihuahua who is approximately 9 years old who arrived as a stray surrender.  Upon intake Chloe was quiet and receptive to introduction and loose for all handling.  Counselor was able to scan for microchip (negative) collar and photograph.  Chloe was very receptive to being picked up and held.  Chloe was slow to walk on leash but not resistant.
