A volunteer writes: Looking for a mellow dog? A snuggler? A “stop and smell the roses” walker? A smallish almost lap size dog? A dog who’s so chill and easy nothing seems to bother him? Stop looking and come meet Champ! This tan little morsel is sweet, calm, affectionate, seems to do well with other dogs of all sizes, and is a “whatever you want to do is fine with me” kind of a dog. Happiest snuggling, he closes his eyes in cuddle bliss as he gently wags his tail, but when a small dog comes near the pen his tail wags happily as he goes to make a new friend. Champ is housetrained, easy on the leash as he likes to explore the area with his nose, and even though he’s a bit too thin rejected my treats for perhaps something better. Acing his behavior assessment means he’ll be a good fit in most homes, and is hoping that his new person will find him today. It will be hard to find a dog
easier to chillax with – so come meet Champ today.
