Caine was a bit difficult to remove from his kennel barking and snapping at the leash. Once he was removed from his kennel he pulls hard on leash. Caine became fearful when the assessor tries to collar him Caine coward himself, show his teeth and air nip the assessor. The behavior team decided to skip the handling part of the assessment for safety reasons. During the resources Caine was not interested in toys. He rushed in confidently towards the friendly dog with his body is tense, ears erect and high tail wag The behavior department feels that he would do best if placed with a New Hope partner who can follow up on this behavior in a more stable environment and can provide any necessary behavior modification before placement into a permanent home. Toy 1: No interest. Dog-dog: 3. Dog approaches the helper dog by rushing in with his tail high, stiff body, head tall, and ears erect. Helper: A1060527
