Police were called to the apartment building and were told that the tenants in the apartment have not been back for the dogs. The police state that the super of the building was not cooperating with them, so they went in and took the dogs.
(Boom Boom A1043736 and Fire Lily A1043737).
Behavior during intake
Boom Boom and Fire Lily were fearful inside of the carriers but once out, they were friendly. They allowed all handling-scanning(-), collaring, and photographs, and allowed to pet. Fire lily approached with a tucked tail, but when spoken to in a high pitched voice, her tail began to wag and her body was low. She allowed me to pet her body and she liked the attention. Boom Boom had an open mouth and wagging tail.
