A volunteer writes:
Blue Jay has already made a few admirers at the care center. I am not surprised…She is pretty and petite, well made like a china doll, gentle, low key, obedient and a good listener attuned to her caretaker’s “wants”. A smart girl…Blue Jay walks nicely on the leash, her cute butterfly ears paying attention to her surroundings and her eyes all on me for approval. She seems to be housetrained, eliminating as soon as we enter the yard. She sits on command and takes treats very politely from my hand. She is curious of other dogs and I can vouch for her great behavior with them as I saw her enjoying her time in a playgroup with other pooches. Blue Jay apears to have been well cared for. Her weight is perfect, she looks healthy and wears a most silky and shiny dress. She aced her behavioral evaluation(of course) , is ready to meet you, your family and become the forever best friend you always dreamed of. Blue Jay is waiting and hoping…at the Manhattan Care Center.
