Medical Summary Scan negative Barh Slight-mild dental staining. Animal has skin irratation/redness around both eyes. R eye is more profound then left. Eye has old scabs around it. Possible allergies vs other. Both ear’s are red/irratated as well,with old sores. Animal does not like retraint,especially when trying to look at facial region. Male intact Nosf

Blue was in a playgroup with other dogs and had the time of his life, so did his partners…It was so beautiful to see him running and “dancing’ with his friends…Blue is a great boy who aced his behavioral evaluation at the care center.
