A volunteer writes: Big man, bigger heart! He’s a big blockhead bruiser wearing a big smile and an ever wagging tail – so much so, that the behavior team has dubbed him ‘Mr. Wiggle Butt’! Gorgeously groomed and a perfect weight, Big Man is social, fun, affectionate and a sweetheart. He pulls slightly on the leash but is entirely manageable, peed and pooped the moment we were outside, and in the park poses for pictures like a rockstar! I found myself straightening my clothes a bit to be worthy of walking next to this hunk! Off leash in the pen he drank some water from the hose (too cute!), greeted other dogs through the fence with a friendly wave of his tail, and when in group was social, a “gentle and dainty” player when he engaged. He loves people as much as other dogs, always happy to make a new friend, and coming on my lap for some kisses. When I sat to take some notes he sat next to me, happy for some petting when I took a break from writing. Big Man enjoys some treats which he takes gently and with a smile. Big Man gets enthusiastic with his person, sometimes jumping up to say “I love you”, and is simply an awesome dog who is looking for his soul mate. Active and calm is all wrapped up in this gorgeous dog who’s waiting to meet you today.
