Medical Summary scan negative male intact 5y/o very friendly dog, easily handled, will shake with fear but no signs of aggresison or reaction to treatment or physical exam bar, calm demeanor heart and lungs wnl mild dental tartar, pink moist gums, crt <2s ears clean nose wnl eyes possible cataracts- bluish color to lens, difficult to visualize retina via opthalmascope. dog acts visual and has pupillary light reflexes and menace. ambulatory nonpainful abdomen
