Medical Summary Sex: Female, spay scar easily palable Scan: Positive Estimated age: 2-5 years old Fleas: No flea dirt. S: Active, wags tail in response to talk and touch, allows all handling O: BAR-H, BCS 8/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, large, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No lesions noted. UG: Female, slightly enlarged vulva, moderately pendulous nipples. Spay scar palpable in linea. A: Obese middle-aged female puggle Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: 1. This patient should lose 6-10 lbs. 2. Gave 2.9 ml pyrantel and Activyl 22-44 lb during exam 1088
