Banks loves to play and be …babied… Well, he is a baby and a tiny one at 5 months of age….!!! He is adorable despite the mange that affects his skin, the very reason why his family brought him to the care center. He comes with lovely comments, though. Banks is a little spooked in his kennel but caresses and sweet talks convince him to go for a little outing.He is an innocent little boy, needy and scared to be in a place that is not home. He loves to be carried and cuddles on my lap. That is where he belongs..and would iddle for hours and hours, dreaming of asoft pillow to lay on, a bowl of tasty and healthy food, the safety of a home and the love of a caring master…Banks is a little one who needs veterinary care and a dedicated new owner. His condition is totally treatable in the right hands. Come and meet him at the Manhattan Care Center. This lovely babe needs you
