A volunteer writes: How can so much personality be in one little grey body? Beyond adorable, April wags her tail, lies down froggy style on the bench, looks up with sparkling eyes and wags her tail some more. She’s quiet in her kennel, happy to come out for a walk to go potty, and while she pulls on the leash a bit is easily managed. She’s the perfect weight for her size, her coat is clean and well groomed, and she’s hasn’t met a person she doesn’t like. She takes treats super gently with the very edge of her teeth, comes in my lap for some hugs, rolls over for a belly rub throwing her head back in bliss. She loves a plush toy, grabbing it and jumping back on the bench with it to lay beside her. I had to leave the pen for a couple of minutes, and when I came back she was standing on the bench looking in my direction. When I entered the pen she grabbed her toy and did some gleeful welcome zoomies! When our time together was over she hopped right back into her kennel and settled down. She’s an awesome little girl who is going to make a person or family very happy. Shouldn’t it be you?
