08/09/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
08/09/15 17:42 Emperor A1047312 and Admiral A1047311 were both found tied outside of a building on Valentine ave in the bronx. The finder and her husband both said that they are very friendly and were easy to approach. They were able to take the leash and walk them to BXACC. Behavior during intake Emperor and Admiral were both very excited and friendly. They allowed to be approached and scanned. We were able to collar them and photograph them. They jumped up to greet us and were very excited to see the staff members. They took treats, wagged their tail and both had open mouths.
08/15/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: This is how I envision Admiral’s match.com listing will read: I’m a handsome dog with one blue eye and one hazel eye – and I can wink at you with either eye! I’m active, energetic, love to meet new people and make friends. I can sometimes be a bit mouthy when I get excited, but don’t exert any pressure – it’s just play. I sit sometimes for treats – but need to brush up on my ‘sit’, but I like treats so will learn quickly. I take the treats gently and love being told I’m a good boy! I do pull hard on the leash so a harness would be great, or even some leash training – I was just never taught. I play fetch (sort of), but like to chase a ball whether or not I bring it back. I’m active and have lots of energy so my ideal person/home will have time to play with me, take me for long walks/hikes/jogs or whatever they like to do. I like other dogs so I’m fine if I’m not your one and only. I’m fun and friendly, so I hope to hear from you soon and looking forward to a good match!
