Behavior:
Abdullah walks calmly on leash. He was sociable toward the handler during the assessment – soft body. He was calm and relaxed during handling. Abdullah was calm and relaxed when playing tag with assessor. He was a bit difficult to push out of the food bowl, but had soft body language. Abdullah was not interested in toys but he took the rawhide away but had soft body language.
Abdullah did not show any concern during the behavior assessment. The behavior department feels that he can go to an Average home.
Look: 2. Dog pulls out of Assessor’s hands each time without settling during three repetitions.
Sensitivity: 1. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, his eyes are averted, and his tail is in neutral position with relaxed body posture.
Tag: 1. Follows at end of leash, body soft, ears relaxed, wagging tail.
Squeeze 1: 1. Dog gently pulls back his paw.
Squeeze2: 1. Dog gently pulls back his paw.
Food: 2. Dog follows the dish with his tail down, body likely a bit stiff. Dog lifts head after a bit of pressure from hand to cheek.
Toy: 1. No interest.
Rawhide: 1. Dog settles close, keeps a firm grip and is loose and wiggly. He does not place his body between you and the rawhide.
When off leash with other dogs Abdullah is interested and greets politely. He may try to mount and responds to human correction.
