Medical Summary Microchip: scan negative Sex: intact male Age: approximately 6 years old Mentation: QAR Eyes: crusted, dried ocular discharge Ears: clear Nose: normal Teeth: moderate periodontal disease, heavy tartar buildup MM: light pink BCS: 1/5, very underweight Hair Coat: severly matted, urine and feces is caked onto fur Skin: limbs and paws appear very irritated, pink in color has scabbed pressue sores on both forelimbs. sore on left forelimb was bleeding slighty – cleaned with chlorhexidine solution Nails are overgrown Behavior: very nervous but friendly, allowed all handling Offered A/D food – did not show interest at this time
