PER LVT, SMALL AMOUNT OF YELLOW FOAM VOMIT IN CAGE, UNSURE IF EATING. MODERATE AMOUNT OF TAN, MALODOROUS, THICK DISCHARGE AU. PATIENT EXPRESSED DISCOMFORT WHEN CLEANING.
